Ask The Expert​

Dylan Roby is the director of the Center's Health Economics and Evaluation Research Program and an assistant professor in the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.  In this interview​, Roby expands upon two recent publications​ that describe the likely transition of up to half a million Californians from the Low Income Health Program (LIHP) to health care reform programs.

Healthcare Reform

The Center is researching various topics and programs related to the upcoming implementation of health care reform.
