LIHP Publications
UCLA will release a series of policy and evaluation publications during and after LIHP implementation. Evaluation publications are designed to describe and analyze program implementation, highlight best practices, and inform LIHPs, DHCS, CMS, and other stakeholders about program progress, impacts, and outcomes.

August 2012 | Initial Transition Plan for LIHP
DHCS, with support from UCLA and UC Berkeley and participation and feedback from a wide range of stakeholders, submitted this initial plan to CMS. The transition plan describes the approach to conducting the transition of LIHP enrollees to Medi-Cal or the Health Benefit Exchange in 2014.
