Evaluating the association between ACEs and psychological distress, and the moderating role of neighborhood social cohesion

This study uses CHIS data from 2022-2024 to examine: 1) the relationship between ACEs and psychological distress; and 2) the moderating role of neighborhood social cohesion on this relationship among: 1) the general adult and teen populations; 2) by ethnicity (non-Hispanic White, Latino, African American, Asian, Other non-Hispanic), and when statistically possible, by specific Asian American ethnicity.
