​Southern California Association of Government (SCAG) produces a biennial report containing data and analysis to support community planning and outreach efforts in its member cities and counties. In 2017, SCAG included 2014 California Health Interview Survey data on obesity, physical activity (walking) and chronic disease (asthma, diabetes, and heart disease) in these Local Profile reports. SCAG produced 201 reports for each of its 189 member cities, six counties, and six county unincorporated areas (Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura).
