This fact sheet uses data from the 2005 California Health Interview Survey to view the state's uninsurance problem by county. Individual counties are mapped according to their rates of uninsurance, with the darkers areas showing higher rates. 

A table on the reverse lists all the counties with uninsurance rates alongside employer-based insurance rates and total population. The table also allows the reader to view uninsurance rates by region.
