Insure the Uninsured Project (ITUP) created this fact sheet on the rates of health care insurance in California’s North Central Counties, including El Dorado, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, Solano, Sonoma, Yolo, Alpine, Amador, and Calaveras counties. The fact sheet includes number and percentage of uninsured by county, enrollment in Covered California and in Medi-Cal by county, as well as counties that participated in Medi-Cal pilot projects.
