This study examines the relationship between race/ethnicity and health, focusing on how race/ethnicity can impact health and perceived health-related quality of life. Using data from the 2005 California Health Interview Survey, the authors explored differences in perceived health of foreign-born immigrants age 65 and older by ethnic group and by English proficiency.
