2024 E.R. Brown Symposium

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research (CHPR) invites you to a research symposium to showcase the innovations and impact that have made CHPR one of the nation’s leading health policy research centers, and envision the future of health policy through new advances in research, evaluation, and community engagement.

This year’s E.R. Brown Symposium will feature presentations by CHPR researchers, faculty, and staff. Join us to hear about some of our signature projects like the California Health Interview Survey (CHIS), Health Economics and Evaluation Research (HEER) Program, and Elder Index; newer work, including the national Data Equity Center, Health Equity Challenge, and NHPI Data Policy Lab; innovations in survey science; and what's next for the CHPR.

Dr. Aaron Carroll, President and CEO of AcademyHealth, will provide the keynote address.

The event is free and open to the public. Registration is required. Register by Wednesday, October 16.

More information coming soon!
